This Week's Kitchen

One beautiful thing at a time.

Move through the menu the way you'd move through a farmer's market. No rush. Each stop more tempting than the last.

Grass-Fed Beef · Pacific Northwest

Braised Short Rib

on caramelized bone broth reduction

The Source

Sourced from Painted Hills Natural Beef, Oregon — cattle that graze open pasture year-round. The fat marbling tells the whole story.

The Preparation

Dry-rubbed with smoked salt and black pepper, seared hard in cast iron, then braised low and slow for six hours in our house bone broth. The collagen breaks down into silk.

It Pairs With

Charred romanesco · roasted bone marrow · fresh horseradish cream

Copper River Salmon

over roasted root bed

The Source

Copper River king salmon — the highest omega-3 density of any wild-caught Pacific salmon. Harvested May through September, flash-frozen at the dock within hours.

The Preparation

Cured overnight in raw honey, sea salt, and dill. Roasted at 325°F on a bed of parsnip, celeriac, and golden beets until the fat renders white and the flesh just flakes.

It Pairs With

Herb oil drizzle · crispy capers · lemon zest · foraged watercress

Roasted Marrow Bones

with chimichurri and cassava crisps

The Source

Femur bones from Laughing Stock Farm, Eugene, Oregon — pasture-raised, never grain-finished. The marrow is dense, yellow-gold, and deeply mineral.

The Preparation

Soaked in salted cold water for 24 hours to draw out blood. Roasted in a ripping-hot oven at 450°F for exactly 18 minutes. The center should tremble when you tilt the bone.

It Pairs With

Bright chimichurri · house cassava crisps · flaked Maldon salt · pickled shallot

Your Protocol

Gather works around your protocol. Not the other way around.

Three distinct eating frameworks. One kitchen that understands all of them — and never cuts corners on any.

CrossFit Athletes

Zone blocks, dialed in.

Every meal ships with a Zone block breakdown. Your proteins, fats, and carbs are calibrated to your household size and activity level — no measuring cups on a Sunday.

  • Block-counted macros on every label
  • High-protein morning boxes (48–55g per meal)
  • Post-WOD recovery meals with fast-absorbing protein
Autoimmune Protocol

No nightshades. No guessing.

Strict AIP compliance means no eggs, no nightshades, no nuts, no seeds, no dairy — and we double-check every single ingredient against the AIP elimination list before it enters our kitchen.

  • AIP-certified kitchen protocols
  • Separate prep stations for elimination-phase meals
  • Reintroduction-phase options clearly labeled
Busy Families

Clean eating, zero homework.

4min
to table

You shouldn't need a nutrition degree to feed your family well. Every meal is ingredient-transparent, kid-tested, and ready in under four minutes — heat and plate.

Family-size portions (2–6 people)
No seed oils, no refined sugar, no fillers

Real people. Real protocols.
Real outcomes.

AIP
I've been strict AIP for two years. Gather is the first service that actually understands what that means. Not a single nightshade, not one compromised ingredient. I cried opening my first box.
Result: Saved 6 hours of Sunday batch-cooking every week

Zone / Strict Paleo
Coach Dani had us all dial in Zone blocks this cycle. I was doing the math on every meal for three weeks before someone sent me Gather. Now I just open the box and eat. My Fran time dropped by 18 seconds.
Result: 18-second PR on Fran after 6 weeks

Family Paleo
Three kids, two of them picky. I stopped fighting the ingredient labels and just switched to Gather. My youngest asked me why dinner smells 'like camping' every night. That's the bone broth. He asks for seconds.
Result: All three kids eating clean without negotiation
